The Elysium Taksim, Istanbul

My stay was mixed with some positives and negatives. The hotel offered a good location near Taksim Square with easy access to restaurants and shops. The room was clean and spacious, although lacking natural light. However, I faced issues with the service, including a problematic card experience and mixed levels of service quality. The dining options were limited but the fitness center was decent.

When we arrived, the city view room was exactly as shown in the photos on the websites. The duplex setup inside was a nice touch. The hotel offers a top-notch service with magnificence and wonderful ethics, especially thanks to Miss Cagla and all the front office staff who were incredibly kind and helpful. The location, despite some initial misunderstandings with the reception about payments, is decent overall, especially convenient for arrival from SAW airport and close to Taksim. The dining experience was satisfactory, although the breakfast variety was not as extensive as expected for a 5-star hotel. The facilities were pleasant, and amenities were well-maintained.
